On a pris le temps de me faire visiter toute la boutique, de faire des suggestions de projets avec tel ou tel fil et que dire de leurs laines maison Emma, wow, un coup de coeur pour les belles couleurs ! Il vous reste juste à mettre un peu de chaleur dans ce décor à cette nouvelle adresse pour rendre l'atmosphère plus chaleureuse! Merci?

Madame était occupée avec une cliente à côté de la porte d'entrée ; je rentre. Aucun bonjour , aucun signe montrant qu'on m'avait vue, rien. J'ai fais le tour du commerce en prenant mon temps, toujours rien.
Je suis ressortie en saluant et en remerciant pour "l'accueil " . Je retourne acheter chez Madolaine.
A perfect slogan for this company would be: "At Point Mousse, where the customer is ... transparent"
Madame was busy with a client by the front door; I go home. No hello, no sign that I had been seen, nothing. I went around the store taking my time, still nothing.
I came out greeting and thanking for "the welcome". I'm going back to buy from Madolaine.
