Unfortunately some colours were not in stock but they offered replacement suggestions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a used loom with my youngest daughter. Very surprised to how much stock they had. Any colour of yarn you want, any quantity, any parts for your loom including upgrades. You name it...they have multiples of it. Very impressed with the level of knowledge employees had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally! Someone that has UKI Mercerized Cotton! Easily the best cotton for weaving but no one has it except for Camilla. Very, very happy to have found that it's still available. Great price as well!

The were able to date it within a couple of years, had the brake parts I needed and gave me some very detailed advice on how to set it up. I would love to get this kind of support on my appliances or car! Wonderful place to deal with!!!!

I emailed to ask about a part for the brake on my loom, they asked for pictures and then provided information on the correct part as well as the date my Leclerc loom was built. Plus they volunteered a suggestion on how to fix a problem I was having with my treadles. I highly recommend!
