★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my wife a Cricrut Air 2 for her birthday when i was checking out the sales clerk ask me i would lie to purchase the vinyl sheets. She told me that they never go on sale and at the same time a customer confirmed what she told me so i purchased a black roll and a white one just to start my wife off on her new creative machine the staff was very helpful in this aspect and i m grateful for their input very good experience i must say....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can never find anyone working here, it's like a ghost store. There's usually only one cashier too, prices are super high. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but there aren't enough of them (or not that I can manage to find lol).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice store, you can find almost everything you need for all your crafting needs. I found that if I asked someone where something I needed was, they replied "I don't know, it's not my department". I don't know if the person was a trainee and not tonsure of the store layout yet, but I found it very frustrating to have received a reply like that
