★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some ornaments from them, 1/3 (20/60) came in defective. I asked the procedure to return them. Seller is saying that they are ok, as they they are 6$ mass produced ornaments and not 30$ handmade ones...
I have posted the same pictures as I provided them into some facebook groups and it was unanimous that the ornaments were sloppy and unacceptable as end products.
Seller was all nice before I expressed my desire to return the items, she had even removed me from the facebook group
