★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love it. I train dogs and I bring the dogs in to socialize them. Friendly staff.. everyone asks before approaching the dogs. Respects the odd times when I have to say no. Wide selection of things you need for your pets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to PetSmart for a few years now in Orangeville for grooming and pet food and I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received. The staff always makes sure that what you want is the right choice for your pet, and offers opinions of other things that you might want to do when it comes to both grooming and certain pet food. The staff is always helpful, I have never had a bad experience. Last week I went to the new location which is amazing. Even the grooming salon is fantastic. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. The store manager was absolutely rude to me. I was previously told by other managers I could walk around the store and work on some service dog training before. I was then yelled at by her and she said she told me not to before which is untrue. I got asked to help by another custormer and I helped them. The manager said that it is un-ethical that I did help and if I said that I was told that to a customer they told me they will claim I am tresspassing. I was also told that if i am coming into the store I have to buy something and if I am not I am not to be in there. I love looking at product and I felt so welcomed by other workers and the other workers would always say how happy I they where that I was there. Obviously the store manager made this a hostile enviroment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 6 month old Goldendoodle for his first real haircut (the other ones were just intros) and scheduled our appointment Gerard. He was absolutely amazing, he actually did Coopers first bath intro, but the cut he did was so perfect. I’m not a fan of the poodle haircut which tends to happen with doodles, but Gerard kept his hair short and rounded and I was so impressed and happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is not their property. We wanted to buy fish for a big aquarium. An employee standing there talking to a friend about dinner plans while we waited for someone to assist us. When someone finally did, this person seemed no happy to be there, on top of not knowing very much about any fish. We have two big aquariums and we are always buying supplies etc., But have been so turned off about this store because it is not the first time this happens.
