The second time I went in I tried to cash a bank draft but they told me it wouldn't clear for at least a week. I talked to rbc and they cleared it in less then a day. Don't go to this td go to the one on Broadway.

I made the appointment, they booked me with someone who was about to retire who was already checked out. Having to jump through hoops I had to make suggestions on how to make this work. This bank does not care about their long time customers and their loyalty. I will be moving all of my accounts to a bank who respects their customers.

I got told by a representative that’s up to you. 3 investment representative and still told me that I missed paperwork. I am investing you need to give me the paperwork. Are you kidding.
