Poor service. Staff not welcoming. A lot of waiting. Lost 1:30 for an exam that is supposed to last 10 minutes.

I have been calling for 3 days during opening hours without an answer to schedule an appointment. It's not great.

â â â â â Gentil lorsque tout va bien. Par contre, si vous avez des problĂšmes quelquonque avec votre prescirption, vos yeux ou que vous voulez un remboursement oubliez ça. J'ai reçu mes lunettes et je trouvais qu'il y avait quelque chose qui clochait. On m'a dit de retourner chez moi et que j'allais m'habituez. Je suis retrouner les voir plus tard pour leur dire que ça n'allait toujours pas. Ils ont rĂ©ajuster mes lunettes, car la personne avant ne l'avait pas fait comme il faut. Je suis retrouner une 3e fois mĂȘme problĂšme, mĂȘme discours et finalement uen 4e fois mĂȘme problĂšme mĂȘme discours. J'ai essayĂ© de me faire rembourser, mais c'est impossible qu,on m'a dit. Ă partir du moment oĂč j'ai voulu mettre mon pied Ă terre, ils ont changĂ© de ton. Je sais maintenant que je ne reverrai jamais mon argent et que j'aurai payĂ© pour des lunettes qui m'ont causĂ© pluiseurs problĂšmes de santĂ©( yeux enflĂ©, conjonctivite, Ă©tourdissement, migraine) mais cela m'a montrĂ© que ces gens ne veulent que votre argent. Ils sont barrĂ© Ă vie et je ne conseille Ă personne de faire Ă faire avec de tels manipulateurs. Ils se protĂšgent entre eux, donc c'est toujours nous le problĂšme. C'est la premiĂšre fois de ma vie que j'Ă©cris un commentaire nĂ©gatif sur une entreprise sur internet, mais je ne voudrais pas que d'autrse subissent ce que j'ai vĂ©cu et qu'ils se fassent voler leur argent. Surtout qu'on parle d'une paire de lunette, donc un bon 230$ dans le vide. Bonne chance dans vos recherches d'une meilleure entreprise.
Nice when everything is fine. On the other hand, if you have any problems with your prescirption, your eyes or want a refund forget that. I received my glasses and I thought there was something wrong. I was told to go home and get used to it. I went back to see them later to tell them that it was still not going well. They readjusted my glasses because the person before did not do it properly. I am retrouning a third time same problem, same speech and finally a 4th time same problem same speech. I tried to get a refund, but it was impossible that I was told. from the moment I wanted to put my foot down, they changed their tone. I know now that I will never see my money again and that I will have paid for glasses that caused me painful health problems (swollen eyes, conjunctivitis, dizziness, migraine) but it showed me that these people only want your money. They are barred for life and I do not advise anyone to do anything with such manipulators. They protect each other, so it's always our problem. This is the first time in my life that I write a negative comment on a company on the internet, but I would not want others to suffer what I experienced and they get stolen their money. Especially we talk about a pair of glasses, so a good $ 230 in the vacuum. Good luck in your search for a better company.

Les employĂ©s sont extrĂȘmement incompĂ©tents et impoli , ils se trompent dans la commande et voudrais que jâassume en achetant leurs erreurs.. nâassument pas de sâĂȘtre trompĂ© et cherche Ă sâobstiner sans cesse au lieu de regarder au dossier pour se rendre compte de leur erreur.. jây allais malgrĂ© le service abominable, simplement parce que câest super proche de chez moi et chaque fois jâĂ©tais dĂ©couragĂ©e, ils se sont trompĂ© dans mes prescriptions ( dâune fois Ă lâautre câĂ©tait pas la mĂȘme chose ) , des fois câest fermĂ© pendant les heures dâouvertures.. pu capable de cet endroit
I have never had such bad service somewhere .. The employees are extremely incompetent and rude, they are wrong in the order and would like me to assume by buying their errors .. do not assume to have been wrong and try to persist unceasingly instead of looking at the file to realize their error .. I went there despite the abominable service, simply because it is super close to my home and each time I was discouraged, they were wrong in my prescriptions (from one time to the next it was not the same thing), sometimes it is closed during opening hours .. able to this place

Ne veulent pas faire ce test parce que cela implique que vous n'allez pas acheter des lunettes chez eux

Do not want to do this test because it implies that you are not going to buy glasses at home
