Bad management at Market Mall Lululemon makes me sick. I do not want to enter this store, their managers do not see beyond their nose. Customer service is low in the store.

I found what i was looking for. But was not greeted upon entry into the store, and waited at the till for a few minutes before being noticed. Once i did get helped, the woman and friendly and helpful. Perhaps it was just a shift change or an odd time on a Sunday morning.

To help celebrate my son's first internship as a third year university student, I visited the Lululemon Market Mall store with the intent to put together a nice little haul as a gift. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff with warm welcome and helped by Manager, Rebecca. Rebecca was attentive and patient in hearing out the items I had in mind and made great recommendations. I went with all of them! From dress pants of varying styles and different inseams to ensure we cover all fits, to dress shirts, an ergonomic backpack/ work bag, to a hot & cold drink bottle and more. Rebecca went above and beyond with her thoroughness and thoughtfulness. She went over the different options with me and helped me land on selections we felt were conducive to the type of use and demographic. The complete haul consisted of in-store and online purchases due to availability. I not only felt valued and heard as a customer/ person but also learned so much more than I could have navigating the store and options on my own. Furthermore about the service excellence and leadership of this store (and Lululemon as a whole) I called back the next day with follow up questions on additional products and the rep who helped me over the phone (Wyatt) was friendly, patient, and thorough. Very consistent, phenomenal service! THANK YOU and KUDOS, Lululemon Team!

When I came in to shop, nobody greeted me, or asked if I needed help with anything. Instead, a couple employees just followed me around the store making it extremely uncomfortable to shop and I ended up leaving with anxiety. They need to be trained on better social skills and not make people uncomfortable by hovering over someone's shoulders instead of asking if there's something they can help with.

specific to the market mall location in Calgary, a staff member on the evening of January 27th went above and beyond by taking a call from my mom close to closing time about a gift card that had been lost. This staff member was again very helpful to my mom on January 28th when she came into the market mall store in person. His name started with the letter D ( I didn't' put full name on the public post for confidentiality), but both my mom and myself thought he provided exceptional customer service so thank you for helping my mom out and being polite and courteous throughout ! ???. we hope this comment makes its way to him and his manager! store info is mm321.

I came in today in hopes to exchange my pair of align leggings that I have owned for under a year. When I came in, nobody greeted me and I had to go find a worker myself. Once I found one, I explained the situation that occurred with the rip on the seam- which this has happened in the past and I have been able to swap them out no problem. The lady working there was extremely rude, told me that my leggings had clearly been worn, to which I replied that yes, but I have had them for under a year. She continued to tell me that they don't exchange leggings after a few months of the purchase and I did tell her that I have had this happen with much older leggings and they still swapped them out no problem. She then went to go get a work colleague (not sure if this was the manager on duty) but spoke to her in front of me explaining the situation, to which the other lady said that she will just tell me the same thing, and walked over to me and spoke in a very rude way that was belittling. I ended up leaving as I felt extremely disrespected and went to the Chinook location. The girls at Chinook took them back and exchanged them no problem, with no questions asked. When I told them what happened at the Market Mall location they continued to apologize for the way I was spoken to. As somebody who spends a lot of money at this company and works in customer service, this experience has made me rethink if this is where I want to spend my money. When spending $100 on a pair of leggings, one would think that you would be treated kindly.

Great service. I have dealt with one gal (presuming the Manager) in particular on several occasions and have always left feeling like a valued customer. She is always so pleasant and welcoming β€” it’s truly refreshing. This location will continue to be my go to!

Went in tonight to purchase some leggings and the girls in the fitting room were so sweet and helpful. They didn’t even nag at me when it was closing time (I realized that on my own) and let me finish my shopping. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and sorry for the extra ten mins!
