N	Ninfa Fernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst chemical skin peel experienced today. Been having my skin peel done in this clinic for many , many years( with Paula and Coleen). But today was absolutely the worst. When the chemical was applied on my face , I felt my face burning/tingling which is normal. However, when I asked for the (cold) blower that the previous aesthetician used during the procedure , I was informed that she (person doing my peel) doesn't know how to operate it. So instead of the chemical peel sitting on my face for at least 45 minutes, she had to wiped it off in less than 5 minutes because my face was as per her own word " frost" and I can feel it burning and can no longer tolerate it as there was no (cold) blower. So the supposed to be 45 minutes peel turned into less than 10 minutes and I was charged $169.00!!! So disappointed and upset . I will never ever go back to have my skin peel in this clinic again. Need to find a new clinic.

I wanted a surgeon who was going to listen to what I wanted as an end result while giving me the information to make an informed decision. His input was better than I could have ever hoped for. He is full of knowledge and kindness. I was incredibly impressed. He gave me all the information I needed and was quick to answer any questions I had. He was sure to make me feel comfortable at all times. Karyn is also extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk with a very welcoming smile. Phone calls are always returned in a timely matter. My overall experience was nothing less than perfect! My results are AMAZING! Dr Hynes is very talented. I feel so confident that my chronic pain is finally gone. I am still in healing phase from my breast reduction and all is going well. I would highly recommend Dr. Hynes to anyone! Caroline

I knew at my first consult I wanted him to do my tummy tuck and breast implants . I had a mommy makeover in sept 2021 . The clinic is always clean and tan very smoothly . The staff was helpful and made me feel very comfortable . Dr hynes listened to my concerns then explained in detail how we could get my results . I was taken care of day of surgery by a lovely nurse in post op for 5 hours . I’ve had 2 checkups now with dr hynes . I highly recommended his clinic for cosmetic surgery . The price was reasonable and his skills are amazing . I’m recommending him to all my friends ! Life changing experience for the better ! I had 2 children my muscles were separated my breast were deflated from breast feeding many years . Now I have perky full breasts and a tight strong tummy . I travelled from Nova Scotia to Hamilton to have my mommy makeover transformative surgery by the talented Dr Hynes!! This was a big decision, but after reading all of his excellent reviews, and after viewing his work, and having a skype appointment with him I knew I had chosen an excellent skilled plastic surgeon. My results hands down have exceeded my expectations!! I had a breast reduction/lift, tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks. My recovery has been very smooth and I am so pleased I chose my surgery to be with this doctor and his fabulous team. If you are questioning where you should go to have your plastic surgery, look no further as you will receive nothing but the best from Lotus. For over 20 years I carried extra weight n skin from life, which made me extremely self conscious and unhappy with my body. From the moment I was greeted by front desk (Karen, Amazing woman) to my final visit …. I was provided with upmost respect, reassurance and confidence. I received my consult… once able I booked my surgery date, I was completely nervous ? but the team was amazing answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. My surgery took a bit longer than expected but who knew life left me with an 8 inch space between my abdominal section (Mommy make over & Breast augmentation) I remember my husband coming to get me, I slept pretty much the rest of the day… my paid was not as bad as I expected and by day 3 was no longer using pain meds prescribed just regular tynole. My healing went beautifully, I’m 3.5 months post and I’m back to normal life style but with more confidence. If anyone ever needs to reach out for questions, definitely feel free to ask!! One very happy Mom ? Thank you Dr Hynes and staff for giving me my confidence back, I love me again.
