★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't buy my parts at any other parts store. Of course, no one is always going to be perfect and mistakes are going to happen. I've had a couple of hiccups (wrong parts etc) but at the end of the day, what really matters is they have cared enough to go over and above to make the situation right and fixing those mistakes was made top priority. Based on the fact that I consistently get prompt service and I feel valued as a customer every time I walk in the door, I'll definitely offer a 5 star rating! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lordco is great. If you are into anything automotive, this needs to be your second home. They stock a ton of great products and can get their hands on just about anything you might need quickly. The staff are also just a higher caliber group. There is always someone on hand with a ton of experience and knowledge to steer you in the right direction. Congrats on breaking into the Alberta market. They're gonna love you guys ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I accompanied a friend to the Nanaimo North location because he was told the part he was looking for was in stock. After a 15 minute (+/-) wait my friend emerges empty handed. It turns out the Parksville location has 1 in stock but Nanaimo doesn't so off we go to the Parksville location. He is successful on purchasing a part but due to past experiences we decide to open the box and not surprisingly it isn't the right one. Another conversation with staff reveals that there is 1 in their warehouse (apparently) which doesn't help us any of course. So after the running around he was told would yield the sought after part, he left Lordco with a couple tools from the discount bin and frustration. Based on all the experience I have had dealing with Lordco I'm starting to think they sell you incorrect parts or to other locations knowing that this will result in extra wear and tear on your vehicle and ultimately more parts sold by them. I personally will be looking for automotive parts anywhere and everywhere else 1st from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I got them on a bad day. But I doubt it.
I went in on a Saturday, to buy a part.
Spent about 5-10 mins in the product aisle, trying to decide which part I'd prefer.
Noone offered any help (probably a Covid protocol, to stay behind counter barriers). But, noone even acknowledged me, or greeted me.
No other customers in the store.
3 staff members were behind back counter chatting.
When I left, I noticed another staff member sitting behind the front counter. I was surprised to see them, and said hello. But, no reply or acknowledgement, the person just looked away disinterested.

She knows what she is talking about and if you have a right hand drive vehicle go see her. She’s some sort of wizard harry!
