This is actually a negative 5 star review. The fact that I have to give them 1 star is painful. A package that’s supposed to be delivered and mysteriously undeliverable twice. Now they want me to pick it up in person from their warehouse or charge me for a third attempt. I asked for the reason that it was undeliverable and the answer is there was no answer on the door. I was home!

Worst of the worst!! No call or message during the delivery. Just left a voicemail with an invalid phone and extension number. Went to their websit and they told me they cannot access my apartment without a buzzer. The driver won’t call or txt during the delivery. Or I can go and pick up in Surrey which is 1 hour drive away. No customer service during the live chat at all! I seriously doubt why Walmart would work with this kind of delivery company. The carrier will seriously hurt their business.

This company has the worst customer service in Canada. I bought an air conditioner online. When it got delivered I asked the driver if he had a trolly I could use to move it from the door to the back of the house where I live and he refused (I didn’t ask him to help moving). Well I guess to the driver a 5’2 female should be able to easily drag the 75 pounds A/C around.

Express?? What a joke. My parcel languished in their Burnaby depot for a week. Can't even call them directly and pick up yourself. Called some 1800 customer support and it took days for them to find my package. Lesson? Avoid Loomis at all costs if you want to something quick and on time.

I gave 2 stars as the customer service lady helped making my shipment success. Seriously, Loomis really need to put on estimated delivery time and do something with tracking shipment. I didn't understand your tracking system at all. It kept showing my shipment was out to delivered since yesterday morning and I waited for it whole day. No one show up! end of the day it shows arrived to terminal. So I waited for nothing! I finally received it the next day at noon. I have some free time so it's ok to wait. But usually, people can't stay home all day everyday waiting for a package delivery. You need to have an update system to let receivers/shippers know when and what time you driver are arriving to destination. Also, if your driver will not call or text to the receiver, just put a clear policy on your website. (BUZZ only , access code required, or WHATEVER) I really need to be think a lot next time I want to order something from Walmart. It's my first time order from them and it's very inconvenient.

I had great customer service when I needed to sort out a package that was not able to deliver the first time because I didn’t put my unit number and didn’t have a buzzer option. I talked to Dave who was helpful and patient in sorting it out and contacting the delivery person the morning of delivery to help me change the address to a building with a buzzer. Package was delivered within the day. My only issue is that in the first attempted delivery they marked my package as delivered so it created a bit of anxiety for me when I realised the package said delivered but wasn’t there. It was an expensive portable AC so I was worried it got stolen or lost.

Took ages to deliver my product and then when it was finally delivered it was the wrong one, not even close to what I have ordered. In addition, I was told that within 72 hours they would pick it up so the refund could be process...It has been more than two week already. On top of that I am leaving a one start review obviously because of the great service and customer support offered.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review for anything.. until now. I’ve had 3 orders shipped through Loomis Express within a month. The first arrived in the Surrey terminal quite quickly, though there it remained for 5 days. After day 1 it stated it would be delivered the following day.. the same could be said about day 2… then day 3. By the time day 4 came along an estimated delivery was no longer available, so I contacted customer service and my package was delivered the following day. Not the best experience, but I received my package with little effort, a one off I thought. Round 2, a similar situation, package arrives in Surrey and day after day I’m greeted with an elusive estimated delivery date. After almost a week I contact customer service, and am told the package will be delivered the following day; great! Fast forward 3 days, I’m forced to phone back, where I’m greeted with the same set of questions, and given the same response; your package will be delivered tomorrow. 3 days later, and the the parcel finally arrives. Slightly more effort, but at the end of the day I received my package. Round 3, surely these are just anomalies and this one will be a breeze. Wrong, I went through the exact same process. 8 days at the Surrey terminal 3 phone calls, one email and I still haven’t received my package. I even suggested I come pick my parcel up, and was told they would attempt delivery one more time. “One more time”? They hadn't attempted a delivery at all. So here I wait, hoping I’ll eventually receive my package, writing a long winded review to kill the time; hoping that maybe, just maybe somebody at Loomis will see this and try and bring a little customer first mentality to the forefront.
