We deal weekly with ACE for our GEM Theatre freight- and hats off to our amazing driver Ken who always has a smile on his face ! Super service is what we get and are so grateful!.. in addition, we send freight to Langdon, outside of Calgary and are so appreciative that the ACE Staff in that area are also right on the ball !

โ โ โ โ โ I have been shipping alot with Ace throughout the past year and I am suprised at the lack of errors, good pricing, volume discounts and ease of business with them.
I have other carriers which are more concerned with nickle and diming me then they are with delivering my goods. Ace maintains that small business feel of dealing with real people who arent out to gouge u on every shipment.
Over 20 shipments with Ace and not 1 missing item at this point, very impressed!

You don't get a lot of customer service these days but I'm super grateful for Dwayne. Thank you with sincerity!!

โ โ โ โ โ If you ship anything of value choose someone else. We requested a pickup of two new couches and a Headboard fully wrapped and protected. When it arrived at our home the armrests of the couches were shredded as if a dog had chewed on them. The headboard was wrapped in a box and one corner was destroyed by what seemed dragging on rough surfaces. When I called to report the problem I was told "too bad, there is nothing we can do, we don't normally move furniture"
We advised them of the nature of the shipment by providing dimensions, weight and description of items. At no time did anyone advise us of the limited liability of $100 for damage or that they do not accept shipments exceeding $5,000 as outlined on the waybill which we didn't see until the shipment was delivered. We were never asked for the value of the shipment.
It is inconceivable and disgusting that a loss of $8,000 by the customer is dismissed as, "too bad so sad" by this company. Every question of them is dismissed with " we are too busy to ask questions about shipments.
This is a blatant violation of consumer right and protection.
