★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today, I was thinking whatever I need I can pick it and pay at the cashier if any new tools at a product that I don't know before I can take look at it, do some Window shopping and check the review on the internet... BUT NOT, they work more commercial style, you have to ask them whatever you need and they bring to you from somewhere.
It is a small part of a big warehouse,
They are not a professional retailer, there was no price on any product. (I believe they do big business aside and some retail to the public)
Workers look so busy and I can't say they have good customer service.
But I found whatever I looked for.
I will definitely visit again
I don't know what rate should I give,
