Easy to browse website with accurate listed product specifications. I trust Ames for being professional and having quality product. After we placed our order, they helped us load the product into our vehicle at pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ames Tile & Stone Ltd. In Burnaby location was recommended to me by one of my family member and I want to highlight two individuals.. one is Precious at the showroom. We went back several times to ask for advice and she will greet us with a smile. Also I want to highlight Scott at the sales department. He is awesome. We ended up with the clearance tiles that fit our basement reno. Eveytime we walked in and Scott would remember us and called us by names. He provide us with top quality customer service and he cares about our concerns of the Reno. We want to highlight the two individuals as they have given us an exceptional customer services . This means a lot to us thank you.

the sale person quoted the wrong price and once we went to pay The cashier was not being helpful at all and had a whatever attitude about it saying it was not their problem, overall very unprofessional on their part …. We took our business elsewhere.

The service is excellent and I just love bringing clients as there is lots of space for designers to spread put additional samples. The Starbucks coffee machine is a nice little perk. Here some install samples using AMES tiles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was helped by the staff to look at the tiles and vinyl planks. there is a lot of selection on display with clear sizing and pricing. They have some really nice tile samples also installed on the floor for viewing.
The staff was excellent with service and provided many samples with a smile. Will come again to purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this business while shopping for fireplace stone. Beautiful showroom and pretty good selection, but some of the products cost 2-3x more than at competing stone/tile stores. We ended up buying stone from a different business that gave us a better price.
