★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new delivery driver was asked for, and reception was very normal. However, the general manager was first called to talk to me, and she agreed to talk to me. As soon as she saw me, she became hostile and attempted to lie, saying that 3 people complained, and she went as far as to say that she does not know why I'm there. I spoke, and had a good short conversation with the receptionist with only one other person in the room an hour before. She asked about my resume, and I told her I had the morning, so if I can, I will wait for the person I need to speak to. She agreed and I came back 45 minutes later. I will be reporting MTS to their health authority.
I assume that the reason why the job posting mentioned that you should not call is because of issues of ignoring caller over the phone. She starred at me from the window of what she claimed was why she had no time to talk to me, for over a minutes looking angry but most importantly undivided attention. Attention I was not allowed to have as long as I was inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with MTS for a good 5 years now and they have just shown horrible service time and time again. Constantly late or not showing up, making excuses. Since Covid started they have just seen that as an excuse to get even worse. All they do is try to cut corners and save money, not to mention the terrible customer service. I'm convinced at this point we would get our stuff out faster if I took it all myself on foot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have been using MTS for many years and I am always impressed with the service, Whenever I need to track something or need anything special I usually deal with the same person as the reps that have been there longer really know the company and know their stuff, although the new reps try their hardest to help as well! This small business really worked hard through Covid to assist all the Health Authority with getting all the PPE and Covid vaccines out, I have to give a big thumbs up to all your continued efforts.
