Tyler, one of the dispatchers, is definitely a problem solver, we provided the wrong street number for delivery by mistake and they were quick to realize as their courier is extremely experienced with the local route. And was able to redeliver to the proper address quickly in time. Thankful for them.

They have technology in Real Time tracking, SMS notification when pick up an order and delivery an item, Estimated arrival time and delivery agent rating system, this makes our customers much more satisfied with our online shopping experience. Anywhere in Metro Vancouver, they can delivery it within 24 hours with no doubt. GOOD recommendation for any other local retail.

Amazing customer service too! wish i got the name of the guy i spoke to, because when i had issues with their website, he stayed on the phone with me until I got my next pick up and delivery request in. My order was placed at 10am in the morning and the flowers were delivered the same day later that afternoon 5pm. They followed all delivery instruction I left and someone even reached out to me to clarify my order, not realizing I made a mistake when placing the order. Super happy they were able to help make my friend’s day better with the delivery. 10/10 would use again and recommend to all!!!

We found Cantec from recommendations of other local businesses in Vancouver, and they were amazing to work with. Even being from other side of the world, they were responsive and able to handle our large volume of delivery all on time and we were praised by our clients for hiring a professional delivery company. I have made orders a couple of times, and they are very efficient, punctual, and provide incredible customer service. I love the concept, and seeing how we can better support local businesses. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Cantec for the last 8 months. We have been enjoying our experience with their team a lot.
They were able to cover most of our clients, especially from the Tri-Cities and Surrey, which helps us spend more time taking care of our operation in the kitchen.
What I find the best is that their drivers are always in contact with us during their delivery routes, especially when they can't reach out our customers. They try to contact them directly and if they can't they will get back to us right away and arrange a re-delivery.
Sometimes there are small issues but the customer service was always able to accommodate a solution when problems arise!
For small businesses like ours that rely on local delivery, we highly recommend them!

We needed cake and flowers delivered to my brother's small engagement event, they went beyond and found us the best local shops which was exactly what we wanted. They have a complete delivery system with tracking and notification so we knew exactly when we should be expecting the delivery. Most importantly it was done on time.
