★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna give 0 star. They lost my package. I’ll never come back again. And one more thing made me disgusting is one of their female employee always behaved rude and impatient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are amazingly fast. Arrive HK in less then 3 days, and consider hk is 16hr faster, it took only 56hr. And cheaper then post office air parcel (which will be 50% more expensive, not tracking and take 2 weeks)
Three things need to be aware:
1) it must use their own box (which is OK as they will provide for free, instead of paying 3-10 dollars in post office)
2) the staff will inspect and fill in the way bill every single item one by one. So it could be time consuming (and expect line up)
3) some items they won’t accept, say handmade craft, non commercial pack item etc. (that’s why I am not giving five star)

“Do it yourself”, seriously? Threw the record sheet stacks at me and told take one sheet off from the stack but never told me which is the one. Threw the receipt at me at the end.
Seriously, just train the staff on how to do their job politely.

MUST have WeChat account for the process (recommended to setup the App prior approach the shop).

IF you send your stuff to HONG KONG, you have an option to use paper form (waybill) instead of WeChat. Such a way that skip to upload the receiver's photo ID
