โ โ โ โ โ The girl with the pink hair is the worst hair stylist I have ever seen and her attitude is even worse than her hair cutting skills. Avoid this place at all cost, itโs only able to survive as a result of the cheap price.

She raised her voice at me when I mentioned that I wanted a part of my hair to have more attention put in.
Don't use her anymore, but this place has good hair-stylists.

โ โ โ โ โ Great hair cuts, no frail, no BS. Friendly staff with great skills all around. Don't even need to ask for a fade and they already know how to make it perfect for you. Best place for Asian head shape.

There is usually a lineup. You have to pay ahead of time to get a ticket and then wait your turn. Once you are in, it takes about 15 minutes for guys.
I didn't see any girls getting their hair cut here. I'm assuming most girls may prefer to go to a place that provides more care since Hair Express appears to want to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
I think most of the stylists are mandarin speakers so had a challenge communicating what I wanted in English but the outcome was not bad.
Would come back next time I am in Vancouver!

โ โ โ โ โ $15 hair cut!! (Excluding tips) it's strictly meant for haircut. So customers are in and out. You stand by the entrance, a hairdresser will come collect $15 cash first, they give you ticket. Then when a hairdresser is free they ring a bell and come get you. They sanitize the chair everytime so that's pretty good. Mask on entire time. Each hairdresser has a tips jar. I see alot of ppl put $5 so I think its fair to just give $5 tips. I got my hair cut with the lady in pink hair. She is very nice and pays attention to detail. I consulted with her what I wanted for a short hair cut and I liked her honest feedback. For $20 the haircut is pretty good ? mainly Mandarin speakers, but I've heard Cantonese and English being spoken.
