We've relied on Candrone over the past few years for training of new students, repairs, rentals, and tech support, and have purchased some pieces of high tech equipment through them. They have always been very fast and responsive and have consistently delivered great services and products. We feel very lucky to have them nearby!

Within a day, I was contacted by Douglas Minke who went above and beyond to help me find the best option for my project needs. I told Douglas from the get go that I "don't speak drone" and was ordering on behalf of a field specialist. Douglas was patient with all of my questions and always responded in a timely manner, whether it was with a quick phone call or an email. He walked me through various options and gave me time to take information back to my team. After sorting out what we thought we needed for our project we had a last minute scope change, which meant our equipment needs changed as well. Douglas was more than happy to accommodate our last minute changes. He worked with our finance team to place the order and get everything sorted. If you're looking for drone equipment and accessories, Douglas will go above and beyond to support you (even if you don't "speak drone").

The courses CanDrone put together are great quality and got us to where we need to be. This is a one stop shop for all your drone needs while in Canada!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. I am part of a volunteer fire department and we are starting up a drone program. Being part of an organization like this, nothing moves fast. It took over a year to raise funds for the M2EA and throughout this process everyone at Candrone was great (and patient) as updated quotes were needed every few months. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely consider them in the future as our drone program grows.

The ordering process was seamless and I received the unit quickly. What I appreciated most was being able to deal with an experienced person. I had specific uses for this drone and needed questions answered. There are numerous companies that sell this unit and all are priced the same. The Candrone difference is having knowledgeable people to help with the purchase.

My advanced flight review exam was performed by Van, who was extremely professional and a pleasure to talk to about drones.
