B	Brian Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady Shirley at customer service was very rude to the elderly..she was abusive..there was a few that witnessed it shook there heads..the lady was using a walker and Shirley was not nice at all! The rest of the staff was very nice.
A	Alyssa Hurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call and make them start your script or they’ll forget about you. My Dr. sent a script in on Friday around 11AM, I went to check if it was done at 2 and it wasn’t. I said that’s okay I’ll wait for the text, the text never came. Next day was Christmas, Sunday still no text and too much snow to get there. I phoned an hour ago today (Monday) to check it’s done… it wasn’t. They asked when I need it - I needed it on Friday. All the sudden it was done in 20 mins?

Bottom line, swearing at the customer because you ended up picking up an extra 3 hours is not appropriate. But further more the manager was absolutely ridiculous in his response to the matter
T	Trevor Neal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a prescriber, I tried to call in a prescription for a patient during off hours. Usually we can leave a message on the answering machine for the pharmacist to receive once they have come to work. There was no option for this and then I was disconnected.

The sign at the pharmacy that states they decided to close early is no help when you have already arrived there, thanks for nothing. It is extremely inconsiderate. Gas is $2.20/L. Edit: Thanks to the store manager for the explanation. The hours were found on google (as most people use I find), seems this is beyond their control and just an unfortunate circumstance. Hopefully it’s updated soon as I did see another person who also arrived after closing due to google hours.
P	Patricia Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the store! Prescription pick up is crazy. Stood in a line up for 35 minutes mid day. This had nothing to do with the construction that is occurring. Two of the staff were sitting visiting and only one girl was running back and forth to the till. There were also numerous people working filling the prescriptions in the back. On my way out of the store I counted 11 in the lineup behind me. I did feel sorry for the one girl being run off her feet and nobody coming to help. Thank you for your time.

We visited this London Drugs store on before Christmas, the customer service we received in this London Drugs store was excellent, professional, and so unusual that we had to write a special review of our experience. Our experience at your store was a highlight of our Victoria trip. The young fellow, who is the assistant manager (our receipt shows employee 23905), took exceptional steps to help us with the special services we needed. We find this especially commendable given the negative effects of the pandemic on all businesses. Thank you and have a great holiday season. We wish you all the best in 2022!
