Ducharme Dental

Dr. Ducharme is a one of a kind dentist. He's gentle, emphathetic and cares about his patients comfort. Dr. Ducharme is very professional and listens to his patients concerns. My boys see Dr Ducharme and they love seeing the dentists.

Absolutely incredible. Dr. Ducharme and the whole team worked together with a level of patience and grace that I had never seen before. I have been (and still am) terrified of going to the dentist. Going in to this office was just as nerve wracking as any other, but the response to my anxieties was completely different. Calm staff that stopped and did breathing exercises with me, offered hot towels for my face and listened patiently while I answered their questions through tears (fresh tissues were always offered). Dr Ducharme was patient and considerate to all of my anxieties and gave me his full attention when he was with me, constant eye contact and reassurance about what he was planning for my care. While we discussed what would be done, I never felt pushed into paying for treatment I didn't need and he gave me options for what was available for me. There was never a moment where I felt rushed or that I was holding them up. There was a meeting where we discussed what would happen on the day of the dental work, all my questions were clearly answered and I walked away nervous but I felt supported and sure that they knew what they were doing and I wasn't just another person on a conveyer belt to be "fixed." The day of the dental work, the whole team was friendly and supportive, they even had a fuzzy blanket for me to stay warm under while we waited for the medication to kick in. There was always clear communication and I never felt out of control. I felt very safe in their hands. The work that was done, looks fabulous and as the freezing wore off, I didnt have any large amounts of pain. Dr. Ducharme was obviously very aware of his touch and treatment of my teeth and gums, even while I felt nothing. This says a lot for his skill, since I have experienced the opposite more then once. While I may still get nervous going in, they have given me the confidence that I will be ok and taken care of in their office.

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Ducharme and his team. Professional, courteous and experienced staff. My teeth, and me as a patient, in general, tend to be a little challenging at times. But Dr. Ducharme and his staff were very considerate of my anxieties and explained everything in detail to help me feel involved in the treatment. I would recommend Dr. Ducharme dental to anyone. I saw Dr. Ducharme recently for a long overdue checkup, a couple of fillings and a cleaning. Every single aspect of my experience there was outstanding. I can’t speak highly enough of the service and the staff and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Pain free fillings were an added bonus! Learned more from the hygienist than at any other location in the past. Thank you and kudos all round!!

I cannot express how grateful we are to have found Dr. Ducharme. He and his entire team are kind, caring and the absolute best at what they do.
