★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my first appointment at South Island Dental and I truly couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Macmillan's level of care and expertise is absolutely of the highest standards I've ever experienced. I had my cleaning done by Danielle who did a pro job cleaning my teeth, which is no easy task. I normally avoid going to the dentist but I'm honestly looking forward to my next appointment at South Island!

As someone with anxiety about going to the dentist I can say she has made me so comfortable with her calm demeanour and the most gentle mouth freezing! My girls love the office as well. They are all great with kids! The staff at South Island is so friendly and welcoming and the office is really modern and beautiful. I highly recommend!

The dental hygienist Danielle had great bedside manner communicated clearly and was very gentle with my teeth. Dr. Ma was honest and straight forward with me. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money, so it was a relief to find a very knowledgable dentist with integrity. I was extremely please with the service and treatment that I received at South Island Dental. I have found my Dentist!

She really takes the time to address all concerns and is able to put together a plan based on your best interest. Everyone at South Island Dental is incredibly welcoming and I look forward to my cleanings with Danielle. I highly recommend Dr. Ma and South Island Dental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dental office is incredible and fully worthy of 5 stars. Dr. McMillan and his staff are absolutely amazing! ? The dental office is brand new with the latest equipment, tools, and technology, and it has been impeccably designed with attention to detail. All their staff are just delightful, from the admin/receptionist, to the Hygienist, to the dental assistant and of course Dr. McMillan himself, they are all so kind, polite, communicative, and upbeat!
I've been a patient of Dr. McMillan for several years now and I've always been impressed with his skill level and depth of knowledge of dentistry. He's clearly genuinely interested in how his patients feel and what they think; he takes the extra time to ensure I know exactly what he's looking at/for in x-rays, what he's thinking, and his justification for dental procedure recommendations. Not to mention he's got such a positive demeanor and he's funny! I honestly look forward to all my appointments with Dr. McMillan and their stellar Hygienist, I can't think of a single negative thing about this dental office.
