I purchased an Eco Spa E3 from Julian at Eco Spa Victoria, I have had the spa for over a year now and I absolutely love it. Dealing with Julian was a great experience! I would highly recommend!

The team at EcoSpa was great to work with and were very prompt with communication. Delivery was on time and the spa itself was easy to set up and operate. Great experience so far.

Didn't realize a hot tub could be so different. Pretty much maintenance free. My old "regular tub" cost at least double maybe even triple to operate. Julian seems to be a really good guy too. Not pushy at all and knows all the answers.

We purchased an Eco Spa hot tub earlier this spring and are very pleased with it. We use it every evening and love the features, especially the cover and the minimal maintenance requirements. We anticipate many years of enjoyment of this product!

Picked up the E3 in May, 21. I wanted to wait after we had some use to review the Ecospa tub, as when I tried to search for reviews prior to my purchase, they were limited in their real use content. Being a first time hot tub buyer, I have to say that every retailer said the same thing "our tub is the best and everyone else is lying". This is what led to me to trying to find reviews of real customers. First thing I want to comment on is the sales person. Ours was great. Julian was his name and he was engaged in all of our questions, even the inexperienced ones lol. He took the time to explain everything, even after the tub was delivered. He also came to our house to ensure everything was good once it was up and running. This gave us confidence in the product. The tub itself seems durable so far and lives up to the hype. Only thing I'm watching is the arms on the cover. Yes, they are plastic and seem a little weak. Good thing is that they are covered under the lifetime warranty and look to be very easy to replace. Now, I have no issues with mine because I use some caution when open and closing. No different with a door, if you beat it, it will brake. The lid itself seals pretty good and does keep the heat in. I'm thinking the cover arms are made this way so if something was to break it would be the arms. Designed weak point, but that's my opinion. Lifetime warranty makes me not worry about it. 2 screws per arm so anyone can replace easily. The electricity cost is still not really noticeable, but it’s summer so I didn't expect a huge cost. We will see in the winter if it is noticeable. I choose to wire the E3 with 220v only for resale value of our house. We specifically did this as I put in a patio and gazebo for it, so possible new owners have the option. This tub heated to 102 deg in 6 hours rather than the 24 hours quoted in the manual, again during 18 deg weather and with 220v. We wanted the 120v option as we are in the military and may have to move. This tub is light and I moved it with a small dolly and 1 person, so if we do move it will be able to come with us. The tub itself is easy to maintain, at first everyone in my family was in and out and it was used heavily. Adjusting the chemicals takes time and once the "fad" of using it wears off, knowing what you need to put in it to keep it clean is easy. The filters are easy to maintain as well. I didn't buy the mineral filter as I wanted to see if I needed it, and I don't think I do. Everything else works as tubs should. Good jet pressure and I like how you can divert power to other jets. The jets lights are definitely cool and makes it rather nice at night. We have the wifi option which is cool as well, only thing with that is I wish it would tell me the chemical levels like some other wifi products out their. I still use it often though. Julian our sales person is still engaged and is always available even after a few months of having the tub. Tried to give you an honest unbiased opinion because I could of used one while making my tub purchase decision. Given the price of other 120v tubs, I'm glad we went with Ecospa for the extra expense because it has lived up to the hype so far If anything changes, I will update this review. Also I live in BC if anyone is curious about what weather conditions it is being used in.
