★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to speak for all the haircutters of the place but the one who cut my hair was not useful. Although my classic feminine bob cut was her "favourite haircut", I had to go to a professional to have it fixed, and the saver was as shocked as I was. It took us three months to go back to something proper, working with the growth. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, easy and friendly staff. I was told that if I wasn't completely satisfied with my haircut, that I could come in again and have it fixed for free. Good to know but not necessary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give you 3 options for tipping - 20%, 25%, and 30%. It makes me feel bad for not tipping (which I shouldn’t). It basically is telling you that you either tip at least 20% or don’t tip at all. A 5-minute haircut costed me $27, and the customer service was quite average. I’m sorry, but I just personally don’t think it’s worth it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylist " Im going to do exactly how you want me to do it" (in her fake voice). Then she does the complete opposite AND THEN STARTS GIVING ME ATTITUDE(in her true voice). I got my head burnt with the curling iron. Her hands were shaking so bad. You deserve the tip you got. Without customers, you wouldn't have a job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute mess. One side 2 inches longer then other. Wanted a trim, she cut off 3 inches. Looks HORRIBLE!! Cry everytime I look in mirror. Never had hair this short. No social skills, really unpleasant person and disturbing experience. This person shouldn't be cutting hair or working with people. Very opinionated, only interested in herself. Has no idea how to cut hair.
Never again!
