C	Chris Goudeseune on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on a room stay, and nothing more. The rooms were clean, not overly impressed with the hotel itself. Very trust worthy staff, left an expensive watch which could have easily "vanished" however cleaning staff found it and had it in safe keeping. For the price you're not getting much in the way of a room, but this area is expensive now just because of the ski hills etc. An alright stay.
A	A. Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a room with a small fridge and stove. Great to get your breakfast together, warm up some leftovers or cook if you want. The 2 queen bed are super comfortable. We booked time at the pool… it’s limited to 10 people now (not a COVID rule a town one apparently). We enjoyed a peaceful hour with the pool almost to ourselves remembering when we visited years ago and it was jam packed with people so the new rule is great. I’m not sure how easy it will be to get time when it’s more busy so plan ahead and book some pool time when you check in.
M	Mark Cashmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough stay, but not a four-star hotel We stayed recently for four nights and generally, the room was quite nice, comfortable, very clean, nice kitchenette, quiet; I'm not sure why we paid for a 'view', there's really not much to see, but no complaints about the room. Water pressure/heat was great, tv, fridge all worked just fine. We initially had another room, but after unpacking, found out the toilet blocked. In fairness, the front desk moved us to a similar room with no hassle and made sure we were satisfied with that. The entrance to the rooms is strange in that you don't access through the main lobby, but rather along the side of the building. This entrance feels more like a parking garage than a hotel entrance. That being said, the hallways are kept very clean, although there is visible signs of wear and tear on the walls. Access to the lobby and hotel facilities is best done from outside, as it's a bit of a maze to get from one end of the hotel to the other. Staff were friendly and helpful, no issues there. Overall, the location is convenient, the rooms were nice and the experience was just fine.
H	Helen S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit to Living Waters. Fantastic two night stay with friends. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Spa is an unforgettable experience which I would highly recommend, had the Synergy massage - Loved - followed by the Wellness Path, quite the experience and really does leave you feeling quite well! Dined at the Lakeside bar and grill, the food was great, fine dining quality. Moderately priced. Staff are very friendly and our front desk agent Jaqueline was a wealth of knowledge and expertise, she couldn't help us enough, an absolute gem. Would recommend and we will return. ?
P	Patti Kingswood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our check in was slow and we had to wait 40 minutes to get into our room because it was being inspected. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo with full water view. It was sparsely decorated but the kitchen was full stocked and the dishes were clean in the dishwasher. The fireplace didn’t work, there was no soap in the bathtub dispensers, the bedroom remote didn’t work. We even changed batteries to check. The jets in the tub didn’t work. When we went to the outdoor hot tub it wasn’t working. It was lovely and hot though. The pool was lovely and warm. We ran out of towels. They were efficient bringing new ones up. It’s a tired place. Needs some TLC. Not sure we will come back.

Earl at the front desk was incredibly helpful with his insight and hospitality. He deserves a lot of credit for all his help with everything we asked for! Special mention for Caitlin, and the hotel manager--thank you for your support as well!! The Seafood Grill restaurant on the property is incredible, and definitely worth a dinner or a drink while on site, especially around sunset. Loved the fun outdoor hot tub at the hotel, perfect for a cooler night to relax outside. Also the rooftop is a must-see! Lots of bugs as to be expected by the waterfront but with the turf grass and lawn chairs everywhere, there's plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sunset views. Looking forward to coming back here again with our little one next time as it's definitely the sort of place you enjoy again and again.
G	Giselle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds are super comfortable. 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. Full kitchen is well equipped. Resort is severely under staffed. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty upon arrival. No clean dishes and it took 3 hours to run a clean cycle. No salt or pepper which are basics for a kitchen. I called front desk probably 8 times NO ONE EVER answered. Literally EVER, to request a towel since we were given 2 for our 2 night stay. No room service or maid to change towels or clean room during our stay. Its such a nice place apartment and location what a shame to have such poor services I rate them a zero and only a 3 for the actual apartment.
S	Shivanie M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful and relaxing resort. It's located in the perfect spot. All amenities are close by and the view from my room was great. The hallways, my room, the lobby and surrounding areas are well kept. The only con that I would say about this place is that the pool is not maintained/cleaned very often. The water seemed a bit tainted and hair was floating around in the water. Also the pool was only opened for one hour only on that day. The restaurant is a must (highly recommend). Overall, my family and I had a great time.
