Arrived to find them closed even though we booked a spot to dock the boat prior to coming and informed them of approximate time of arrival.

E	E Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with the family to leverage some of the benefits of staying at the Living Water but it was an incredibly poor experience. Rude experience with one of the people there and no respect. Unless you have to ... I would use alternatives. Logic is not a strong suit.

He yelled at us using the f word saying, ‘what part of no reservations do you not fu***** understand’. Prior to this we had asked them only 5 minutes before hand that we were coming but they gave the boats to other people.
S	Scott Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dock Hands offer to help constantly. They’re almost offended if you don’t ask them for help. When you call in, there’s always 2 Dock Hands to catch your lines. Clean & quiet community. I would have rated at 5 Stars but surprisingly the Marina doesn’t provide Wi-Fi???? That’s an expectation not an option. We hope that changes shortly. S Baker

Can buy drinks at the bar and take upstairs with paper cups. A nice spot to wait for a table at the restaurant to become available. Muskoka chairs and picnic benches along the path while walking out overlooking the bay. Parking on site is available
