This year we asked for your help to Save our Lakes and you responded. We are grateful you cared enough to write to our policy makers with your concerns. This has had a significant impact with officials and helped to create a much-needed conversation. We are confident that in the New Year we can move forward with the common theme - We Love our Lakes.
Our gift to you is a 3 minute video on the Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area designated as a Ramsar Site of international importance. This wildlife refuge has been conserved and cared for since 1887 as part of a network of more than 146 environment and climate change Canada protected areas.
