It turns out that they are not doing walk ins at this time and only doing virtual appointments OR you need to book a head of time. We called the general number and Ruby Kahlon was super helpful! Not only did she walk us through the process but we were last minute about our request and she expedited it for us and got us a great rate by the end of day! Thank you so much Ruby for making our transition to a new province easy and we would definitely use your service in the future for all our insurance needs.
