★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response time, their site promises a 48 hour response to requests, so after waiting for a week I called in. The man on the phone was snarky and unprofessional. He told me they are behind and EVERYONE is calling in saying they need fast service, as if it was my fault I was trying to give him my business.

I have been trying to get a policy for an event & have called Multiple times, with no response from anyone. I have left multiple messages & have never had a call returned. I will take my business elsewhere.
