I left a message for them on a holiday Monday not expecting to hear back until Tuesday but Jenelle called within an half hour! She provided me with a quote and completed all my paperwork so I was able to pick up my new vehicle on Tuesday morning. Thanks, Janelle for your excellent service!

I am glad to say that I am getting help from all of my co-workers. I will mention about Dan Newark who helped me in setting up some quick emails which is helping me to get back to customers quickly. He is also a great help when I need advice regarding some client situation and Dan provides his best knowledge for it. I would highly recommend his professional advice as an Insurance Advisor. Thanks

I then emailed Vince to add my fiance to my insurance a week later and it has been over two weeks since I requested this change with what seems to be little to no effort to get this request dealt with.
