Recently both Joel and Julio both went above and beyond with their help to ensure I had all the proper insurance coverage for my new commerical location. They advised me on the lease prior to me signing to ensure I would meet all obligations for insurance covereage, ensuring that I didn't have to pay more when the landlord thought I was not covered fully. Joel also talked to the landlord on my behalf to help them understand that I was fully covered as per the lease.
Also for my home and auto insurance, I have found all the agents that I have interacted with to be very professional and courteous (Becca, Amanda, Aliya and Andrew). They also look for the best coverage at the best price for me.
They are all a great group of people and great company. thanks for keeping well protected.

As a new business owner, my insurance requirements were very overwhelming and quite confusing for me but Terence guided me every step of the way with patience and kindness. He made sure that all of my requirements were taken care of and he went over and above to ensure that I had the best coverage, at the best rate. All of my questions (and I had many!) were answered with very quickly and he never made me feel like a nuisance.
