Jones Brown is A JOKE!!! DO NOT USE Them!! My company had to file a complaint with the Alberta Insurance Council. And most likely will have to take legal action against them. We had a flood at our office. Heather Chatham Let our policy expire and did not notify them. . In my opinion Heather is an extremely dishonest individual and is trying to cover up her errors with deception.

Jerimiah McDonald handled my business insurance quote and successful acquisition of my policy promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly. He advised me that my previous policy had too much of what I didn't need and not enough of what I actually did need. He answered my many questions with patience and understanding. Highly recommended for business insurance.

Super grateful to Jones Brown, if you need somebody to really take the time to make your life easier they are the ones to go see!!! Needed a combined home and auto insurance policy after moving from BC, which meant I couldn't renew my old ones. Andrew was super helpful and took all the time needed to answer all my questions. We finally enacted one policy and the next day Andrew realized that he could change some of the conditions to be more appropriate for our circumstances so he made the effort to make that happen.

The brokers here are too busy to take care of their customers....no calls back, no customer care at all, they are machines to make their commissions, that’s it. My last renewal was sent by e-mail 1 week before the expiring date from a NEW broker because the previous one left the company. This new person never called me to introduce herself (again they do not know anything about customer care!), never called to learn about my business! When I called her to ask for a bit of market research since I was not longer happy about my insurance she replied (by e-mail!) two days before the expiring date saying: β€œ sorry, no other insurance on the market, please sign here the renewal (same price, worse coverage because of the Covid lockdown!)” Meanwhile I marketed myself to find a better broker and a better insurance: the new broker called me at least 10 times to ask me everything about my needs and my stores, to β€œpicture” my business and find the perfect product for me. This is customer care!! After 3 years with Gallagher and no one sign of care and appreciation for my business I feel released to have them gone. Think twice before approaching them.

i worked withthem for whole year they are joke of century they will leave you hanging in air and runaway once they got their commision , i had isurance with them for my fleet and 2 trailers were stolen from Ontario yard and i reported to these guys , guess what there girl Carmen never repoted it to insurance company i had to report it directly , i sent emails to Michael , Linda and everyone else i dealt with, but no reply. THEY ARE BIG BAD NEWS PLEASE STAY AWAY ,THEY ARE FULL OF LIES .

Hanako gave us excellent service, there was an issue with a COI for a rental agreement, she worked fast and got it approved and sent to our vendor in record time! Thanks for the great service!

Got my Chubb home insurance on my new home through Arthur Gallagher on the recommendation of my real estate broker. After the initial set up of my policy, there was extremely poor responsiveness. I finally switched insurance brokers after trying to get a question answered. Two phone calls and one email over three weeks went unanswered - just ridiculous. I started to get concerned about what would happen if I actually had a claim and needed service. After switching brokers, my new broker went through my policy with Chubb and was able to find ways to save money while improving coverage - that is real service. The only call I received from Arthur Gallagher was after I switched brokers. They called wanting to know why I was switching. Go figure...
