★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult landlord. When the Alberta economy suddenly downturned and the Fort McMurray fires decimated the city, we asked for a temporary small decrease in rent to help us survive. Wrote letter to the board and received no response. They threaten legal action and extra penalty fees instead.
