Richel has been involved and part of the Asset West team for over 5 years, directly involved in and overseeing and hands on in all aspects of our accounting department and ours monthly financial client reporting and reconciliations, plus preparation of condominium annual audit packages and documentation etc. Richel has a passion for her family, our clients, and an attitude and approach of “whatever it takes, lets get it done” ..and it shows in all she does!

She dealt my issue as it was her own. She was in touch with me in due course of time and followed up on my concern as well, which she earns my trust and that is why I have to write/mention this. With no previous experience with tenants or rental properties, Jeff and his team took the stress out of the process. They provided peace of mind to know that the tenants they have selected are taking good care of your property and that they will be there should an issue arise.
With their professionalism , informative and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Asset West to anyone looking to rent out a property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not be more disappointed and I wish I could do a ZERO star review. I was on the board of a condo they managed and We continuously requested items that were never addressed.
Their favourite line is “junk mail”.
We will face now numerous costs associated with their delayed (or non-existent) replies to our contractors on warrantied repairs.
In addition, there was a consistent “it’s not my job, deal with it yourself” attitude, specifically attributed to Darren.
Save yourself the trouble, AND MONEY, and go anywhere else.

I have had to call our manager several times for items, most recently to assist with frozen pipes and to understand what the condo insurance covers. Darren is our manager, and has been very helpful. Vanessa who answers the phones is also very nice and helpful.
