"It was an amazing experience here in Brisbane. I learnt a lot, especially how to live on your own. I also learnt English at Oxford House College with lovely teachers and nice classes. Brisbane is a small city but is nice because you can go to beautiful beaches and meet wonderful people."

β β β β β I've been studying English for 14 years and sat for CAE (Certificate in advanced English) so I was expecting to be on the higher level but they put me in a level with people who started studying English for just maximum a year. When they gather us in groups for skewing they always put me with a boy who could barely speak English and I couldn't understand.
I asked to go to an upper level but they wouldn't hear me.
It was a terrible experience. I paid a lot of money for learning nothing, it was a completely waste of time.

β β β β β Don't come here!! All the students taking classes here today are quite disappointed of this school. This school is broke, all levels are mixed together in just two groups. OHC Calgary is a joke.
Teachers (with exception of Maritza) improvise the class.
And the director decides if you are able to enter or not to class according to HIS imaginary rules of that HE considers. He has sent several students back and doesn't allow them to have class even if vaccinated and with a negative test result, and no symptoms.
I suspect he does that because the clases are full, and he doesn't want to open a third group (pay an extra teacher).
