Course Overview
The Cambridge CELTA certification course is offered at GV Calgary in Canada as either a 4-week full-time or a 12-week part-time course.
In both formats, the course is very intensive and provides the candidates with a firm foundation in teaching theory and practice.
CELTA Online
In 2012 Cambridge ESOL introduced a blended format of delivering CELTA at some training centres. Trainees complete approximately 40% of the course work online and the rest is done at the training centre. Currently, Global Village Calgary is only offering CELTA as full-time and part-time face-to-face sessions, not in the blended ‘online’ format.
