My fiancé and I happened upon Lilliane's shop by chance while window shopping in Yorkville. Despite not having an appointment ( call ahead folks!) Lilliane welcomed us in and was so genuine and knowledgeable we ended up purchasing our custom engagement ring.
Our experience was absolutely incredible, Liliane took time to understand exactly what we wanted, explained every detail and helped us make informed choices for the best possible stone and ring to last a lifetime.
When the ring was finished (very quick, about 2 weeks) it was beyond what we had even hoped for. Not only was it a gorgeous stone ( a green sapphire which LIlliane helped us to choose from several options she sourced for us) but the setting was exquisitely crafted, with attention to the finest detail.
My fiancé loves her ring and we will definitely be returning for anniversaries and other occasions, could not recommend more

That was until I was introduced to Lillian. From day one, she was so helpful, educational, and with my family being absent, due to being on the other side of the world, she was a great support system.
Long story short, the ring she was able to create was nothing short of breathtaking. In an instant, all the stress I had for over six months looking for a ring went away, and the pressure of asking the love of my life to marry me came in.
