★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get it, it's tiffany's. But to speak to clients with a condescending tone was unwarranted and uncalled for. I wanted to get my bracelet cleaned, the associate rudely explained I must have 5 pieces to do a cleaning. Then directed me to Home Sense to where I can buy some silver cleaner. Thankfully I received this bracelet as a gift, I would've had buyer's remorse If I purchased because of this one incident. This encounter has tarnished value and significance of the Tiffany name. Only positive thing that came out of this the silver cleaner I got from Home Sense was simple and easy to use! Found in the home cleaning supply section. Didn't know Karen's existed on the customer service side.

She is a long time employee and very knowledgeable about Tiffany's history and new products.

The staff was really friendly and I also noticed that they used non-gendered language when referring to customer’s spouses, partners, etc. I was assisted by Rosanna, who was lovely from start to finish and made sure I was well informed on all aspects of my purchase. Overall, this location gets a hearty 5 stars from me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, don’t staff listen to the customer’s question(s) anymore? Unbelievable how poor the online chat was. I actually had to ask if I was speaking to a real person or a bot. Calling the store was only slightly better.
Tiffany & Co used to be known for great customer service. It appears unless you’re right there in the store they have no clue how to respond !

We walked in dressed very low-key and we’re still treated like we could afford to be there.
Their diamond experts were very knowledgeable and allowed us to try on whatever we wanted.
Costumer service was lovely and cleaned our wedding jewelry quickly and beautifully. We can’t wait to go back :)
