I would strongly recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking for the perfect ring. He gives you unfettered advice that truly speaks to his knowledge and professionalism. As someone who didn't have a clue, he took the time to explain everything to me, from the ring designs, stone cuts, to even the practical flaws of what I was initially thinking for my design (i.e. putting a soft gemstone on the ring, which would likely end up cracking/ chipping and need to be repaired continually).

I'm a perfectionist, and giving my wife an engagement ring was a very significant moment that I definitely wanted to get right. In my research, I found a lot of other places that put out over-priced, boring or mass-produced rings. That’s not my style, because I wanted this ring to mean something, to have a story that I could tell her through both its colour and style. I was first drawn to Serli & Siroan’s website that gave me the ability to customize the ring’s look with a variety of styles and available gems that I could virtually place in immediately. The site showed the prices with specifics of quality for each gem. This inspired immense confidence, and one of Serli & Siroan’s best competitive advantage. Daniel and his mother happily listened to my ideas and helped me finalize the design. Then disaster struck: the time window I had to engage her dropped within 3 weeks from when I made the ring’s custom order. Daniel told me not worry, and worked on the ring with his own hands applying his lifetime of experience. He got it done a week earlier than original promised, and I got to surprise the girl of my dreams with a memorable speech about how much she means to me and how that was embodied in every part of that ring. This was during the pandemic shortages too! She still reminds me about the ring, every sunset and diamond encrusted night sky we witness together :) If any of you are looking for a straightforward way to get a quality ring, with expert advice, integrity and craftsmanship, with prices upfront, that's uniquely yours, I highly recommend this place. I'd do it all again! The ring, the service and the presentation was worth far more than I paid for.

My partner and I got our wedding bands made at Serli and Siroan. Daniel was just amazing from the very beginning! From the first moment I messaged him , to the complete process of picking up our rings, he was attentive, patient, and very quick with responding back to emails which I truly appreciated considering we went to him only 3 months before our wedding. The first jeweller I went to when looking for a ring was Dan. After meeting with him and discussing options, I didn't bother looking anywhere else. He was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the different options and how he makes them. Dan often would respond to emails within 10 minutes. He was great to work with and he made the process easier than I ever thought it could be. We were always greeted and welcomed when we walked into the store by both Dan and his mother. Most of all, he made the perfect ring for my now fiancé! Don't waste your time at the big box stores or other jewellers... Dan is your man! Truly the best experience out there.

I used Serli and Siroan for picking out my fiancee engagement ring. I travelled over two hours and it was well worth the trip. We used Serli & Siroan for my engagement ring. It turned out more gorgeous than I ever could have imagined. My fiancé really enjoyed working with them as well to design the ring. I cannot say enough amazing things about them, I'm so glad and grateful to them.
