S	Studio 180 Theatre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you ever need to speak to a pharmacist here, save yoyrself the frustration of people not answering or, worse, putting you on hold while they ignore you and let you linger forever in phone hell. a sorry excuse for a professional pharmacy.
J	John James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst drugstore on the planet. Cashiers are incompetent, pharmacy screws up constantly, the manager is rude and unhelpful. I moved my business to another chain at twice the distance, customer service is night and day better. The manager needs to be fired. I only go because of the post office.

The African Canadian employee at the Canada post is even less knowledgeable than I am, but had such "confidence" to provide wrong information. Gosh, is just admitting one does not know but can find out the answer now for a customer so hard? The Eastern Asian Canadian employee is more interested in getting customers out of her way than actually helping customers. She could easily do a workaround[get me two money orders instead of one] to get my order done, but no! no! no! She is more interested in just refund my money and get me out of the store asap. What clowns! That being said, not all the employees are incompetent. I am merely commenting on two employees I've encountered. However, I highly suggest anyone looking for a Canada post to steer away from this trap, lest your mood is ruined.
H	Hj Kaye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: now the pharmacy has acquired the same useless disease the rest of the store had. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Considering moving so my mail will go elsewhere too. I can't tell you how often I've had trouble with the cashiers in this location. The pharmacy was great. At this point, the only reason to go there is for Canada post. The most useless cashiers I've ever dealt with. Today I gave up and returned my entire purchase and went to another location. I dealt with the manager, got no apology or anything.
A	Alim N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatest pharmacy ever! I come here as they have the best prices on clearance items like shampoos, soaps, and even herbal teas. The staff is amazing too and even gave me a pharmacy paper bag at no charge and saved me the 5 cents I would have had to pay for a paper bag as he had one for me. All the staff rock here! Keep up the amazing work. I even got a Herbal Essences Bio shampoo for $1.15 along with Four O'Clock Herbal Teas for $1.85. Stores even offer great coupon deals as well too. Just a heads up, please make sure to check the prices before purchasing as some prices are inconsistent as to what is recording on the shelf. Other than that, I still like the store.

A large, bright store that stocks the drug store basics and more: pharmacy counter, Canada Post kiosk, lottery kiosk, cleaning products, grocery items, including dairy, greeting cards, and magazines.

A pharmacist cancelled my prescription because I did not pick it up before my next one came in. No phone call was made to me before cancelling it, and I am told there is no way for this action to be undone. I explained that I had been off work and away for a few weeks, so I had not used my medication during that time but planned to save it because I have run out before when my doctor did not renew it on time. I have also had this Rexall and another Rexall location somehow not receive a prescription my doctor faxed in (she faxed in two items and they said they only got one - no idea why), and this has also left me without medication on time. That is another reason I planned to save the medication I was prescribed, but the pharmacist decided to cancel without notification to me. I am still unhappy about this and do not understand how this is ethical or even legal. It would seem that a pharmacist can cancel any prescription, given my situation.
