Yesterday, I went to a blood test and felt a little dizzy after the drawing. The nurses here responded very promptly, gave me water to drink, and took care of me until I recovered. I thank you very much. You are a group of truly good people! Although I know how much pressure and blame you are under every day during the pandemic, I sincerely applaud you!

I come here often with being pregnant. They are always super behind! So I end up standing in a hot office for an hour pregnant, no chairs maybe because of C19 but all doctors offices have chairs. They have a super high turnover and a negative environment to walk into. I’ve had my bloodwork messed up more than once resulting in me being drawn again by someone more senior. I do think this is a corporate problem with not compensating and hiring enough. If you can go to Gamma Dynacare. They are always great!

Terrible service! Long waiting line and no place to stand. No complaints to stuff as they seems short stuff. I appreciate medical professions in general and what they do for us But I booked an appointment for 9.50 at this location and waited for over 1 hr to just get in and took 1.50 minutes to blood test done. They needs to be better maintained and cleaned. I have no concerns about the staff that works there but if you have appointment driven system , please also respect our time.

This is a very unprofessional place. Today we witness nurses fighting as one Persian Nurse came late and all the appointments that were in line were extremely late. Our appointment was 7:30 AM and we’re allowed to get inside the area at 8:15 AM. Then the drama started. Nurses fighting and one Philippino Nurse quit and is leaving. One patient just left about 8:17 AM. Another walk in patient is also taking advantage of the situation and is trying to force the nurses to take her in. There is no proper management and the pandemic is being used as an excuse for these delays. The country is free and functioning yet these nurses and their ill mannered attitude and laziness is making it difficult for the people. We have to pay 4 dollars for the parking for a mere blood test. Plus we are made to wait hours when appointments are made. This is one of the worst unprofessional place with no proper educated manager in place. It feels like a jungle.

I don’t usually write bad review especially because I appreciate medical professions in general and what they do for us. But I booked an appointment for 12:25 at this location during my work break and waited for over 50 minutes to get my simple blood test done. The blood test took closely to 10 minutes , overall I was late back to work. Location itself is not great , it needs to be better maintained and cleaned. I have no concerns about the staff that works there but if you have appointment driven system , please also respect our time. Long wait, not maintained office.

This place has to have the rudest staff anywhere. I cannot remember a pleasant experience in a long while. They seem to have more avaulable appointments to book online, probably because people go elsewhere. Sometimes I can't wait 3 weeks for an appointment elsewhere so I brace myself before entering the door. As for blood tests, they send you in a room, take forever to get to you, then hack your arm to death to get a sample. Also heard them berating a customer who cancelled an appointment in full disclosure of the room. Very unprofessional staff.
