Quite possibly the most incompetent lab in the city. Test don't get done despite being on the requisition. Oh, and they don't have a working card machine and make you go get your own change. I got ripped off for $2 because they didn't have change and unlike every other business on earth made it my problem to go find change. And the card machine is still broken a week later. Just find somewhere else to go, anywhere else.

Female staff at front desk rude and arguememental. Trie to explain I needed blood work before my CT scan and she argued I was at wrong place that I needed to go get it at radiology lab. Tried to explain I needed blood work and my dr. Sent them a request to complete. Staff doing the blood work were friendly

I went there to drop off a sample it was just 1 minute work. Sign says close at 6pm but they locked doors at 5:45pm and they saw me standing outside at -35 temperature but instead of opening doors or come at the door and explain me why they close early they turn the lights off and keep watching outside from the desk.

Had a 3:30 appointment booked β€” 45 minutes later, blood is drawn. Way too many people in lab, so I assume handling walk-ins, but 45 minutes with a booked appointment?? Might be fewer walk-ins if appointments could be made over the phone, not just online. Power door to outside out of order, so door was extra hard to open.

I'm shocked to see so many poor reviews. I've always had great experiences at this location. The one lady with glasses and brown hair usually in a braid (Debbie I think is her name) is always so pleasant upon arrival. I've never been poked more than once per session and no matter which staff it is, I hardly can even feel it go in! Every staff member has always been friendly to me. Please keep in mind, this is one of the busiest LifeLabs in Regina. These people are worked very hard and at a fast pace. Not everything is the staff's fault. Thanks for the great experiences so far!

95% of the time I come to this location I have a horrible experience. Whether it is losing requisitions, rude staff or them having to poke me multiple times for blood, it's always something. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all. I have only come here out of necessity (because it was close to my previous job) but I recommend anyone needing to do blood work GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Today my doctor's office sent over a requisition at 10:45am. I got there after work (at 2) and they said there was no requisition sent, I proceeded to call my doctor's office 2 more times to send it 2 more times... Almost 2 hours later, they found all 3 of the requisitions in a random pile. I wasted my afternoon waiting because they were careless with time sensitive requisitions. Just HORRIBLE staff.

Despite being insanely busy and having to deal with a bunch of hangry people who haven't had their coffee yet due to fasting, the staff were incredible professional and chipper. The nurse was so good I didn't feel the needle even go in. Also for those who don't know, you can make an appointment instead of doing walk in.

I hate going to this lifelabs more than any place in the entire world. Ive had nothing but great experiences with all of the nurses administering my blood test, but the admin is the most rude person to ever walk the Earth. I came in 5 minutes after close, because they did not have the doors locked, just to see if they were able to take me. Understandable if they didn't. However, rather than being polite in any way, the admin stared at me, and said "were closed. Were closed." Then I tried to state I was just picking something up and she repeats, "were closed. Were closed." I've also witnessed her being rude to other people coming in on NUMEROUS occasions. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. The same woman every single time. She should honestly have been fired years ago. She is terrible.
