such a crazy slow process. hope you don't make plans for the day you need lab work done. appointments also seem to mean nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent phlebotomist, painless, polite, efficient, nice gentleman...woman at desk was not so friendly; no smile, grumpy personality, so it appeared; complaining about another staffer. People have bad days, no one is on 100% of the time. She isn't there to entertain us but a smile would go far. 5 stars for the phlebotomist. 0 stars for making women urinate into a tiny plastic container. I will bet this was a LEAN decision! It needs to be addressed and bring back the "hat" for women to use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for my appointment and both the person at the desk, and person looking for my referral were not great. My referral was somehow lost after it was faxed over, a problem I have never had from my clinic to other labs. The person looking tossed my healthcard in my direction, while the lady at the desk was not helpful in explaining and I was given little direction as to how to provide a sample. I have never left a review prior to this, but I hope this was just an off day for these workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss who takes your blood as how much ease there is.
No point in making an appointment, your appointment time means nothing.
Made one for 130 today. Got here at 128, 3 other people who were walkin clients got to go ahead. So appointments are useless. They just let all the foot traffic go whenever. Completely useless for trying to get blood drawn while you're working during the day. Thanks for making me late. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your experience will be dependent on the person who’s preforming your test. There’s a guy who’s doing it painless and quickly, and a lady that will do it quite painful. There’s a big line outside. Overall the staff was friendly. It might take some time so it is recommended to have an appointment-will save you the outside standing. Big parking lot outside.
