★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don't get how they got a five star. They are very unreliable they don't show up on the weekends. They don't bother to call and tell you of changes and they make. Last weekend they did not have anyone to show up till 1:30 in the afternoon to get my mother out of bed!! They don't keep regular person on and it's like new person everyday. We can not count on them to be there when they say so we have missed appointments. I have spoke to the supervisor who assures me she is going to fix it and in the end they don't care! It is you that suffers. The week end staff they have is a call center and they just laugh and don't care!!! You should really think before hiring this agency for the care of your love one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very satisfied employee that has seen some major changes happening over the past few years. It's all GOOD! CBI has made many improvements in all areas of community care services. I am proud to be a part of the team. Every time I drop by at the office, everyone is cheerful and positive. You can feel the difference from a few years ago.
