There is no sense of professionalism as they are always an hour late, an hour early or more often than not, don't show up! There was this one PSW who kept singing really loudly which scared my children. Another one was about to walk around my house in wet shoes had I not told her to change. One PSW had the audacity to use my bathroom and not flush the toilet. I was stunned. Absolutely ridiculous. Your loved one would be better off with St Elizabeth or any other health care service, just NOT this one.

They will knowingly send injured workers into homes and facilities and if the support worker can not provide the care due to injury, that person is not seen that day. They will send in one worker to clients that require a 2 people assist and make excuses that they can not afford to send a 2nd worker. This company claims to have the backs of the client and the worker, but they don't care if a client doesn't get care that day or when their workers are injured due to RNS negligence. They will lie and say whatever they need to , to not to be held accountable for their responsibilities to the clients and workers. Martin will make sure you do not get what you are owed.

Always under appreciated and over worked, major lack of communication, there are no bonuses as they claim in the job description. Favoritism is huge amongst the company.
