Having the support of knowledgeable and compassionate people who were there for me day and night, turned the fear and unknown into a positive recovery. The PSW who came at night was so kind and gentle and went way above the call of duty to ensure I was safe and eating properly. Nadia, the client care co-ordinator walked me through the recovery and provided the re-assurance and confidence I needed to take charge of my own health. I am planning my second hip replacement but would never think of facing it again without them.
