My grandma was having issues with her hearing aids and the receptionist even tried to squeeze us in for a same day appointment. They help work through all of the issues with you so you kmow how to trouble shoot on your own.

The receptionist on the other hand is quite rude and focuses on lecturing us about being late - in an empty office with nobody waiting and 4h before close which is only wasting more time. When asked about why she's being condescending she only stated do we still want to be seen. Receptionist only stopped when we reminded her this is a paid service and asked if we should go somewhere else. Manners are non existent and our 3 year old was better behaved.

We’ve also had to go back a couple of times to have his hearing aid repaired as my son was rough with it and Mary was great. I highly recommend Upper Canada Hearing clinic!

The testing was professionally done and the results carefully explained. I knew what hearing aids I wanted and my choice was affirmed. Options were discussed and expert advice was given. Ear molds were made and the process was easy and comfortable. My new hearing aids arrived in just a few days and were competently fitted. They work wonderfully! As an added bonus, the warranty was extended by a full year and batteries are being supplied for the same time period. This is great! Even more amazing, my old hearing aids were sent in to the manufacturer by Upper Canada Hearing to be checked out. They were serviced and $500. worth of repairs done, all at no cost to me. Now I have backup hearing aids, all thanks to the staff requesting that this be done. I’m more than happy, I’m delighted ?! So this is why I gave a full 5 star rating. Don Downer Thornhill, Ontario
