Regina Hearing Services Inc. was founded by Lisa Richardson in 1986 and has been serving the hearing health care needs of southern Saskatchewan. It has remained one of the only locally owned hearing clinics in Regina and continues to be run as a family operated business since the addition of Lisa’s daughter, Lindsay in 2015.
The Regina Hearing Services clinical team consists of three licensed, certified audiologists. They provide comprehensive audiometric evaluations and offer state of the art hearing devices that are selected to fit individualized hearing needs.

I decided to try Another hearing clinic and was very happy to find out that Amanda is now working at East Side Audiology in Regina!

The Audiologist Amanda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Her attention to my needs was evident and her skills and abilities are second to none in the city. I have been to other specialists in the area and Amanda and her team at Regina Hearing Services have set the bar. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son here as he has been complaining about his hearing. Our family doctor recommended this place. We had an appointment for Friday at 1:45. The front desk ladies were awesome. We were escorted back by a tall blonde that was obviously having a bad day or a long week. She was absolutely terrible to deal with and was in a foul mood. I thanked her for her time afterwards and left. Our doctor has requested a second opinion as this lady was clearly short with him too. I wouldn’t be going here on a Friday afternoon or any other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in because I could barely hear in my left ear. Paid $70 odd dollars for a hearing test for them just to tell me I couldn’t hear out of my left ear (eye roll). The person I was dealing was not nice at all and was rather patronizing. She said I had a blockage and wouldn’t clear it out for fear she would damage the ear drum. She told me to go to a doctor to get a referral to a Medical Ear Specialist. She explained that it could take a year to get in to see a Specialist and I could need a surgery! In a panic, I went directly to a Walk-In clinic and the doctor literally laughed out loud. He took a quick look and recommended putting a few drops of Hydrogen Peroxide in to soften the block and then flush it out with a Rubber Bulb Syringe. He also wrote me a prescription for something to soften it and told me to come back after a few days if I wasn’t successful and he’d do it for me. I cleaned it out myself that evening in about 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to Regina Hearing Services for years and they have been nothing but fantastic. I was in my 40’s when I received my first hearing aids. As my hearing in my left ear drastically reduced in my 50’s, it was discovered I have a benign tumour known as an Acoustic Nerouma that took away my hearing in that ear. They have been very helpful to me as I work my way through this change. They make the adjustments to my hearing aid as I need and are very quick to help when I need them.
