★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid so much money to train my son's audio processing skill. Paid for 6 sessions, but only got 4 sessions. Was told my son's good enough to go. Never even give me a result how much he has improved after the expensive 4 sessions. Then after 2 months, they asked me to pay more money to get him tested again. Forget it! Now my son still has issue. I would never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had difficulties listening at home and at school. It was frustrating to everyone, as he is a very intelligent kid, and quite capable. We were advised to test him for hearing loss. Checking around town, we found Eastside Audiology specializes in diagnosing and treating hearing issues in children. After less than five minutes in her office, Dr. Davis confirmed his hearing was perfect. We ran through a round of ARIA testing over the course of six weekly sessions, and my son's diagnosed Audio Processing Disorder is remarkably improved. His schoolwork no longer suffers from substantial perceived attention deficits, as the auditory training taught his brain how to process the signals his "weak" ear provided. The school board now has a variety of strategies to make his next school year more effective for all involved, and the physical hurdle he faces is now reduced due to Eastside's expert intervention. We will likely return for further treatment, should the need arise - and without begrudging the requirement.
Dr. Davis, indeed all the staff at Eastside, treated my son exceptionally well as both a patient and a person, and it was a common experience to be warmly greeted once we entered. I very highly recommend Eastside Audiology to anyone experiencing hearing issues. This business very clearly deserves the highest of ratings. Visit them. Your new quality of life after treatment will be reason enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous service from manufacturer to the audiologists at the clinic! After contact with my specific make of Hearing Aid I was told by a different business I needed a new pair but the research advised me to go to Eastside Audiology and they were only to happy to fix the problem! I would recommend the intelligent staff there! One thing I would like to see published is if we are able to buy through a payment plan! Since the shut down of the Government Hearing Aid assistant plan many don’t know where to turn for assistance nor help with Hearing Aid problems!! And Cost! Thank you Eastside Audiologists for your service to help me hear again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the front are awesome. The audiologist got me tested and set up with a trial hearing aid right away. Ended up going with a different model but only after talking about the rechargeable options. After revisiting almost a year later to get supplies the ladies at the front still remembered me which is very great to see.
