h	helena zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called x-ray to book the appointment. They give me 2 slots,12:30 and 3:30. I booked 12:30. I arrived on time and waited 15 min, then I was told I am late as the appointment is 12:00 not 12:30. and also the other available slot is 3:00 not 3:30. What can I say after I drink 1L of water? I was very disappointed. However, I am glad that I came back at 3:00pm. Sabrina is really professional and helpful. She spent lots of time and tried different positions to make sure the pictures are clear and useful, really appreciate it. I would recommend it here, but be sure to confirm your appointment again.

She made sure I was physically comfortable, she was kind, and took the time to show me my ultrasound, which really meant a lot to me, as this is my first time being pregnant. Highly recommended, and highly recommend Sabrina! Thank you so much. :)

Milana at reception is very warm, welcoming, and is always willing to help in any way. For example, I once forgot my new requisition form but rather than having to reschedule my appointment (which almost happened before she stepped in), she took the initiative to reach out to my OB’s office to get a copy faxed in. I very much appreciated that. I met Fatima (Tech) at my third visit and was happily surprised at how friendly and accommodating she was as this had not been my experience with the first two Techs. I was so thankful when it was Fatima who called me into the exam room again today. She genuinely shares my joy in seeing my little one and is very thorough with her work. Milana and Fatima are prime examples of how professionalism and kindness go a long way.
B	Beanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little late with my review- I visited here years ago to make sure everything was looking okay after a miscarriage. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO KIND. I cannot express how much it meant to me to have such a kind, gentle, and compassionate woman do my ultrasound and wish me well. So much so that I still think about it years later. I was treated very poorly by other medical professionals during this unfortunate event. Thank you so very much.

For the first time experience I was glad that I went there as she explains in clear language what is going on. I was impressed how she managed to do it all but luckily there was no one ahead of. Very friendly services, the receptionist at the desk was wonderful helped us out and made our day! 10/10 would visit again!
